Auction Instructions/Rules:
  • Each item will be posted for fifteen (15) calender days.

  • Each auction item is being sold "as is".

  • When purchasing electronic equipment, you must sign a Certificate of Proper Disposal and/or Recycling. Click here to preview the form.

  • All payments must be made at the Clermont County Treasurer's office.

  • All payments made by personal check or money order must be made payable to the Clermont County Treasurer.

  • Awarded items must be picked up in person within fifteen (15) days of awarded notification.

  • Pickup of awarded vehicles auctioned by the Fleet Maintanence Department must be arranged with the Fleet Maintanence Department (513) 732-7775 at least two business days before the desired time and date of pick-up. (Click here to read Fleet Maintanence Department - Notice to Bidders)

  • Pick-up of all other awarded items must be arranged with the County's Facilities Maintenance Department (513) 732-8850 at least two business days before the desired time and date of pick-up.

  • Successful bidder must present their confirmation number and bid number at the time of payment and pick-up.
